The Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program (ELMP) for Black Males is a year-round program that enrolls new members each June. It has a proven track record of enhancing the lives of its members by teaching Christian values and by providing mentorship from black men from all walks of life.

communities, and future professions.
MISSION STATEMENT
Provide a proactive and holistic approach to addressing the mental,
physical, and spiritual needs unique to black male teens.
